Perspecta has concluded a merger deal with TalisPoint, a supplier of knowledge and community administration options for the employees’ compensation, and property and casualty markets.

The businesses didn’t disclose the monetary particulars of the deal.

TalisPoint focuses on delivering knowledge and community administration choices to insurers and insurance coverage in staff’ compensation, and property and casualty (P&C) markets.
